Every order is manufactured according to clients preferred specification and passes through high quality assurance process before being shipped.

 

What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided, upon placing your order successfully.

Where is my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.

If you have not received your shipment within the estimated time:
-Please contact the courier.
-If you are still unable to locate the parcel please contact us and we will be able to raise a claim against the carrier.

Remember to contact us no later than 30 calendar days from the date of shipment if your package has not been delivered to you.


How long does delivery take?

USA: 3-5 working days
AUS, UK: 5-7 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days




Can I be refunded?

What if I don't like my order?

We're 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.

 

Can I choose a character not in the website?
